Pre pay package of 5 = $425 ($85/treatment vs. $95/treatment)

Esoteric Acupuncture
Pre pay package of 10 = $950 ($95/treatment vs. $110/treatment)
Pre pay package of 5 = $500 ($100/treatment vs. $110/treatment)

Terms

• If at any time you wish to discontinue care, you will be refunded all unused funds.
• Refunds may take up to one week from time of your request to be fully processed as a check and will then be mailed to you. Please keep us updated of your current mailing address
• Pre-pay plans may be shared by and/or transferred to members of the same family.
